Welcome to Amorae. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the Amorae website and its account, profile discovery, communications, booking and payment-related features. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

Amorae is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and anyone who meets the legal age and eligibility requirements in their jurisdiction, whichever is stricter. You must use Amorae only where doing so is lawful. We may restrict access or request reasonable age or identity verification where necessary.

2. Accounts and account security

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and do not share account access with unauthorized people. You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify Amorae Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict an account to investigate suspected abuse, fraud or violations of these Terms.

3. Profiles, listings and availability

Profiles, categories, descriptions, photographs, availability indications and other listings are provided to support discovery. Information and availability may change. Publication or verification indicators do not guarantee another person's identity, suitability, availability or outcome. Respect the privacy, consent and boundaries of everyone you communicate with.

4. Bookings and arrangements

Where available, booking requests are subject to the information, conditions and confirmation steps presented during checkout. A submitted request alone does not necessarily mean a booking is accepted or a payment verified. Follow the booking-specific instructions shown before confirmation. Any personal meeting or arrangement must be lawful, voluntary and based on ongoing mutual consent.

5. Payments, credits and verification

Prices, supported payment methods, applicable charges and any credit terms should be reviewed in the relevant checkout or account flow before payment. Some payment methods may require instructions or verification through Amorae Support. Only use payment details provided through the Amorae platform or verified Amorae Support. Do not send financial information to another user based solely on messages or profile claims.

If the platform requests a payment receipt, submission does not itself establish approval. Payment confirmation, allocation of credits and booking status depend on the relevant verification workflow. Credits, if offered, are subject to the rules disclosed when purchased and applicable law.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Any applicable cancellation, refund, credit or booking-protection conditions are those expressly communicated for the relevant purchase or booking, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Do not assume that every payment or arrangement qualifies for an automatic refund. Contact support@amorae.space to raise a billing concern or dispute. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Messaging, conduct and safety

Messaging features may require registration, a confirmed booking, credits or other clearly disclosed eligibility conditions. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, pressure, exploit or discriminate against others; share another person's private material without permission; attempt to bypass safety controls; or use the platform for illegal activity. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn at any time. Report suspicious conduct to Amorae Support.

8. Content and intellectual property

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload any content. Do not upload material involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated, manipulated or synthetic depictions of identifiable people without their consent), stolen identities or unlawful content. You may report suspected non-consensual intimate imagery or impersonation to abuse@amorae.space for review; reports should include a link or identifying details of the content where possible. Do not redistribute suspected harmful imagery when reporting it. You retain ownership of content you own, but grant Amorae a non-exclusive license to host, display and process it only as needed to operate the features where you submit it, subject to your settings and applicable law. Amorae's name, branding, site design and platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Privacy and third parties

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The platform may use third-party providers for login, hosting, messaging, payment-related services and security. Third-party services can also have separate terms and privacy notices.

10. Availability and changes to the platform

We work to maintain a reliable service, but features may be interrupted, updated, limited or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access or any particular relationship, meeting or other outcome. We may modify these Terms when necessary, and will update the date shown above; material changes will be communicated where required by law.

11. Liability and legal rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Amorae does not guarantee the conduct of third parties or independently arranged outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or legal rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable statutory consumer protections.
